1. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

2. Returns
We accept returns only in the following cases:
You received a damaged product
You received a wrong product
To request a return, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Conditions for return:
Product must be unused and in original condition
Original packaging and tags must be intact
Proof (photo/video) of the damaged or incorrect product must be provided
Return requests made after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned:
Products that have been used, washed, or altered
Items without original packaging or tags
Products damaged due to customer handling
Due to hygiene and product nature, imitation jewellery items are generally non-returnable unless damaged or incorrect.
4. Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
If approved:
Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
The amount will be credited to the original payment method
If the payment was made through Cash on Delivery, the refund may be processed via bank transfer or UPI.
5. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to:

Damaged product received
